About

Mary Ghazarian is a Nurse Practitioner, and Nurse Practitioner Psychotherapist, Best-Selling Author, Speaker, Educator and Nurse Career & Business Coach. She promotes wellness, optimal health and care of the whole person believing that taking care of ourselves enables us to take the best care of others.

She received her undergraduate education at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and Master's of Nursing and Nurse Practitioner certification at Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University) in Toronto, Ontario. She spent her early career working in Acute, Emergency and Intensive Care where she learned about the importance of work-life balance, preventing burnout and career planning.
